    This is a DHMO (Dental Health Maintenance Program) with over 3,400 participating dental offices throughout California. Members choosing this option must pre-select a primary dental office to provide and coordinate all your dental care. If you do not choose a dental care provider, one will be assigned to you based on your zip code. There is no deductible and no maximums, but there are some co-payments for certain procedures.
