Health and Welfare Benefit Summaries

There are four dental plan options available to eligible members and their families.

• The Operating Engineers Dental PPO Plan is the default plan in which you will automatically be enrolled. You can choose instead one of the other available plans, depending on where you live.
• United Concordia Preferred is another Dental PPO plan, available wherever you live.
• United Concordia Plus is a DHMO (Dental Health Maintenance Organization) plan available only to residents of California.
• Delta Care USA, another DHMO with participating dental offices in California and Nevada.
• Western Dental (MIB), is a DHMO plan available only to residents of California.
