What is My Early Retirement Date?

Your Early Retirement Date is the first day of the month coinciding with or next following the date you meet the Plan’s early retirement eligibility requirements. You will be eligible for early retirement if you have severed all employment with all contributing employers to this Plan and either:
- You have begun to receive early retirement benefits under the Operating Engineers Defined Benefit Pension Plan
- If you are not a Participant in that Plan, if you have attained age 55
