Yes. The Trustees are empowered to terminate the Plan if they deem it necessary or prudent to do so. In the unlikely event such a power were exercised, the vested assets in your Individual Account, after taking into account administrative expenses, may not be forfeited. In no event, can any of the assets of the Plan revert to the employers or be paid to the Union.
